How did he get there?
Ever feel you've had a day like this?
This is funny and something that would happen to me. Thanks Jerry.

Shampoo alert!
Jerry, Ann, Linda, and Angela
As I was conditioning my hair in the shower this morning, I took time to read my shampoo bottle. I am in shock!
The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my entire body says "for extra volume and body"! Seriously, why have I not noticed this before? Now I understand why I am so "full-figured"!
Tomorrow I am going to start using "Dawn" dish soap. It says right on the label "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove."

I do not know how this works, but if you find out let me know. It is so clever !!Think of someone who is famous before answering the questions.
Grief can take care of itself, but to get the full value of joy you must have somebody to divide it with.
- Mark Twain
Hope I did that today!

You always bring a smile that reaches up to my eyes!
Thank you for being you.
LOL on the Dawn soap!
Lots of interesting odds and ends .. good reading
i would NOT want to walk under that NEST, just thinking what happens when walking under bird nest and it would be disastrous with an elephant in there. LOL
The Mark Twain quote is so true. Loved the elephant photo and the little duck, who lost all her little ducklings down the drain! Hee Hee!! The bit about the shampoo and the soap was so funny as well. You really do know how to make us smile my friend, and we thank you for that. Have a super weekend! Hugs.

Your vitamin F didn't let you down! Yes, indeed, I've felt like one of those birds.

O.K. you've done it now!!! I WILL spend the whole holiday trying to trip up this akinator thing!!! I did Marilyn Monroe, then Jesus, and it got them both, Now I need someone more obscure...
Ella will love the elephant in the tree!!
LOL!! Funny stuff.
I love Fridays even though I'm retired! :)
Have a great weekend!
I love the shampoo thing. But the elephant!!!!
I love the elephant...don't you love it when you find a picture like that, you just can't wait to share it.
Funny -- that famous person quiz is neat.
Hi There, So glad to get home and back to blogging. We did have a fabulous trip--but home is pretty nice also!!!!!
I've missed your funny and interesting blog posts.... I laughed outloud at the one where you said to look DOWN....... ha ha
The little duck one was kinda sad though, don't you think??? Poor little guys..
Hugs,
Betsy
I think the people who make Dawn dish soap should up production...lol
I tried that link and it figured my character out every time. That was pretty fun
hahahahahahahahahahahha! Loved the video.
Great post! The elephant is priceless. The duck pic scenario did happen in our town and people helped her get the babies. :)
I love the quote from Mark Twain, it is so true.
I have to agree about the grief quote. And grieving with someone who has been through something similar really does help. I liked the elephant in the tree, LOL!
(will write more later in response to your email but heading out to community group at church :)
betty
I hope that baby ducky did not fall down through the holes!

So glad that you warned me about the shampoo! Funny today :)
I went with JOe Biden and Barry Goldwater this morning -- he guessed them. Just now I asked Bill to name a couple -- he went with Abraham Lincoln and Groucho Marx -- he guessed both. I have no idea how that works. Must be a pretty good data base!
Where do you find all this good stuff?
Always such a delightful lift to read you 'chatty-ness'.
May her flag fly high & proud forever over this great land ... may God see the changes we need & grant us that blessing.
Happy 4th, sweetie.

Hugs,

I have got to think that if someone took that photo of the baby ducks, someone helped that dear mommy get her babies!!
I'm not using shampoo anymore...
OK, played that game and I am seriously freaked out. Of course it guessed who I thought of, and it was Richard Nixon (I picked something I thought was really obscure). There was a similar thing at a toy store about a year ago - an electronic thing that would ask questions and then give you the object that you were thinking about. It could be ANYTHING. Well, when it guessed (correctly) that our object was a *hubcap* - I was really unnerved. When it correctly guessed our next thing *vomit* - I told the boys to run - the devil lived in the store!
I don't know how this stuff works. Scares me.
I'm going back to try it again...
