Sunday - my gift to you

MOVE THE MOUSE AROUND AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
Here is an amazing bit of technology that you would never see in person, as you would NEVER be alone in the room. It is ALWAYS VERY CROWDED and of course you can't see Michelangelo's artwork close up as you can here. This is especially spectacular if you have a large high-definition screen! Too many details to view on an iPhone.
TO VIEW EVERY PART OF THE MICHELANGELO'S MASTERPIECE, JUST CLICK AND DRAG YOUR ARROW IN THE DIRECTION YOU WISH TO SEE.
In the lower left, click on the plus (+) to move closer, on the minus (-) to move away. Choir is thrown in free.
MOVE THE ARROW AND YOU WILL SEE EVERY PART OF THE CHAPEL.
This virtual tour of the Sistine Chapel is incredible. Apparently done by Villanova at the request of the Vatican .

Now I have seen the Sistine Chapel in person - gosh about 17 years ago - it was amazing!  I hope you enjoy.

Have a blessed Sunday and hugs to you all.

WOW!! What an amazing site of the Sistine Chapel. I had to copy it and email it to my friends. I took my girls and a group of friends to Italy and Greece several summers ago. As you said -- we were shoulder to shoulder with humanity. The guards were yelling "NO PHOTO!" "NO PHOTO!" every couple of minutes.
Lovely! Happy Sunday!

Thanks, since I don't see a trip to Italy any time soon. I've seen the Sistine Chapel twice and could happily see it another thousand times. We studied it in Art History in College and seeing it in person was a complete thrill. Hope you have a sweet Sunday.

I saw it on a winter day when the crowds were somewhat less than if the weather had been good - still pretty full though! Too, too beautiful.

I liked the Trust in Lord site; someone recently directed me to it; I love all the sayings they do including this one! Great reminders from God :)

I hope Sunday is a great one!

That is an amazing way to view the chapel. I am also very impressed by the technology that went into producing those views.

The banana bread recipe sounds so good, I haven't made any in ages. I need to get some bananas.
