Sundays - My gift to you!

Acapella Hymn, "WHO AM I?"
The music and photos are wonderful...
No musical instruments, except those given by God.
This is a 3 minute 43 second you tube if you are interested.  Beautiful!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

I'm running really late answering emails and reading your posts.  Again I apologize - grandson is starting school tomorrow and this weekend we have been busy getting everything ready!  I will catch up next week for sure - God willing. sandie

Wow...school starts early where you are....our little grandson won't be starting until the beginning of September after labour day. I'm sure his momma wouldn't mind it a little earlier lol.

Sandie, what a good grandmother you are! Never underestimate your effect as a grandmother. Mine have been dead for many years, and still it is a rare day when I don't think of them.

I hope your grandson loves his new school! Thirteen can be a challenging time for kids. He's so lucky to have so many that love him! My son starts his junior year in HS this week. We had meetings and dinner at his school Saturday evening. See you soon. :)

I've been running behind the last few days too as I had my youngest son and his family here at the camper since last Thursday evening. I'm still here for another day and am just enjoying a beautiful day on the hill in the woods. Sun is out and there is a nice breeze. Everyone goes home Sunday afternoons here and it is peaceful and quiet. Hope your Sunday is a wonderful one!

A beautiful song, Sandie. I remember how busy I was getting grandchildren ready for school, and my own long before that. Still, I loved it. My sister and I used to celebrate the first day of school by having breakfast together.
Have an awesome day, my friend.

It takes a village to ready a child for the first day doesn't it? Hope you get some photos. I was going to say to pack a nice lunch, but I remembered he likes the school food

Sandie, I doubt any of us will mind if you lay out for a couple of days or even weeks. The family comes first.

Your today's post is neat, especially your "Thought for the Day."

Sandie:

Thanks for reminding us that if we want to hear God's voice, we have to turn down the world's volume. For me, some of the "world's volume" stealing my peace lately is a difficult acquaintance. Sometimes silence, solace and meditative prayer is just what the doctor ordered!

Be well,
