Hey Sandie,

After that big T.Dinner and stuffing.
Your energetic . Well they say once you eat a Turkey dinner
you feel like that you can conquer the world and then a big
drop of low enery later to be being tired.
True or false?
Who said that.

In Dear Abbey.
let me try this again.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what my Friday face looks like but only near the end of the day.
Wish I would have thought of using prozac in the turkey
I would never have dreamt you would have enough energy to post a "Fun Friday" the day after Thanksgiving. You are awesome.
ReplyDeleteAs usual, you have given me a good laugh...... and I needed one today. Thanksgiving with my family here was wonderful, but today was back to my new life....... I KNOW it will get better, one day at a time.
ReplyDeleteThank you my sweet blogging friend!!
Like this post but I always like your post.
ReplyDeleteI hope your Thanksgiving was a success on every level!
ReplyDeleteA nice post, Sandie. I enjoyed you list. BUT DON'T BET ANY MONEY ON ANY OF THEM!!
ReplyDeleteI Googled ""jiffy" is an actual unit of time" and found from Wikipedia that it is a small but undetermined amount of time. In electronics it is 1/60 of a second in the USA.
My favorite was the poor fellow who carved the turkey like a jack-o-lantern. I'm guessing that he had Thanksgiving and Halloween mixed up.
..
Interesting trivia and funny cartoons! I must be related to a snail.
ReplyDeleteYou shopped? Are you crazy? Not me, I don't do it on a good day, much less a Black Friday.
We are out numbered by chickens? Who knew? Those are fun facts and I love that 'carved' turkey.
ReplyDeleteHope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving.
I simply want to tell you that I am all new to blogging and honestly loved this web page. Very likely I’m going to bookmark your blog post . You definitely have remarkable stories. Thanks a bunch for sharing your web page.

ReplyDeleteHope you had a great Thanksgiving!
Love the dog photo at the end. :) My niece and her husband brought their labrador retriever Hank with them to the farm and he bounded out of the car, ready to play with his BFF Moby (sister and BIL's much older big dog.) Moby looked worn out like that on Thanksgiving night. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Sandie, dear friend,

Have a blessed Sunday and week ahead, my friend!
Christmas and the New Year is round the corner. Many people have already begun to prepare themselves for big celebrations for the Holidays.
If it is God's will, I'll be going for my dear family reunion in the Spring of 2013. I can't wait to see my folks again. Praise the Lord for His many blessings!
Warm Hugs,
Poet Starry.
Thanks for all the laughs.

ReplyDeleteYou always find such funny cartoons! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Enjoy your week! :)
ReplyDeleteWriters love this kind of trivia! Wouldn't it be fun to develop a character that's a trivia buff?
ReplyDeleteThe cartoon with the mooing turkeys was a hoot. It reminds me of Chick-Fil-A's cows urging everyone to eat more chicken.
Blessings,
Susan
