hope you are having a great time. i am just like the MOTHER SEES... cluck cluck the sky is falling.
I know some people whose brain is smaller than their eyeball. so does this mean i need to put all that paper work that is held together by rubber bands in the freezer? if so I am off to black Friday for a very large one

Hey Sandie,

You had time to do this blog for us all.

After that big T.Dinner and stuffing.

Your energetic . Well they say once you eat a Turkey dinner

you feel like that you can conquer the world and then a big
drop of low enery later to be being tired.

True or false?

Who said that.

I read it once. Tee, hee

As usual, you have given me a good laugh...... and I needed one today. Thanksgiving with my family here was wonderful, but today was back to my new life....... I KNOW it will get better, one day at a time.
Thank you my sweet blogging friend!!

I hope your Thanksgiving was a success on every level!

A nice post, Sandie. I enjoyed you list. BUT DON'T BET ANY MONEY ON ANY OF THEM!!

I Googled ""jiffy" is an actual unit of time" and found from Wikipedia that it is a small but undetermined amount of time. In electronics it is 1/60 of a second in the USA.

My favorite was the poor fellow who carved the turkey like a jack-o-lantern. I'm guessing that he had Thanksgiving and Halloween mixed up.

Interesting trivia and funny cartoons! I must be related to a snail.

You shopped? Are you crazy? Not me, I don't do it on a good day, much less a Black Friday.

We are out numbered by chickens? Who knew? Those are fun facts and I love that 'carved' turkey.

Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving.

Love the dog photo at the end. :) My niece and her husband brought their labrador retriever Hank with them to the farm and he bounded out of the car, ready to play with his BFF Moby (sister and BIL's much older big dog.) Moby looked worn out like that on Thanksgiving night. :)

Hi Sandie, dear friend,
Fridays are my favourite days too.
It's lovely to know that the weekend is ahead for having fun.
You are sharing lots of interesting things this day.
I love your wonderful blog, Sandie.
I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving with your dear family and beloved ones!
I really miss your comments, sweetheart, when I don't see you visiting me.I do not know why...
I send all my loving on your way.
God may bless you all!
Have a blessed Sunday and week ahead, my friend!
Christmas and the New Year is round the corner. Many people have already begun to prepare themselves for big celebrations for the Holidays.
If it is God's will, I'll be going for my dear family reunion in the Spring of 2013. I can't wait to see my folks again. Praise the Lord for His many blessings!
Warm Hugs,
Poet Starry.

Writers love this kind of trivia! Wouldn't it be fun to develop a character that's a trivia buff?

The cartoon with the mooing turkeys was a hoot. It reminds me of Chick-Fil-A's cows urging everyone to eat more chicken.

Blessings,
Susan
