Her blog is Writing Straight From the Heart!
PLEASE GO VISIT HER.
I believe Susan and I have been friends for - well it is her five year blog anniversary - nearly four if not five years.
What I really love about her blog - is it is indeed from Susan's heart.
There is a beautiful photograph - showing things she loves from her heart.
Then she'll tell you a thing or two.
Then she''ll ask you a question.
It's always a good length to enjoy.
She is a very good friend.
And always positive!!
Please look her up and say hi from Sandie.
Next on my agenda is that my grandson went back to school today an 8th grader!!!
Yikes - that means I am getting old.
My daughter went back to teaching two weeks ago.
Now my vacation starts.
They keep me busy in the summer time.

Your grandson sure is growing up fast. He's quite the handsome young man.

Keep taking good care of yourself. Best wishes. :)
You are the first one I got back to today. I did love the reunion I went to and it was cool watching those 3 little greatgrandsons. Congrats on the report on your health. I think you truly are cancer free and will stay that way. Your grandson has grown so much.
So glad to hear all is well! Love the teenage suntan:@)
Seriously, GS is beginning to look so very grown-up! Wishing him every good thing this year. It's an important one.
Loved finding out about another blogger - Blog Land is such a fun place to be!
And of course, your great health news is wonderful! So happy.
XO
(The texting-tan cartoon was so funny!)
It seems like yesterday that you and I were talking about your GS starting middle school. Time just flies by way too fast! He is getting tall and even more handsome and all along with that is the teen attitude. lol oh boy! have fun with that, I'm keeping you in my prayers :)
So happy that your health reports are good!!

Marie
Your Grandson is a nice looking young man and watch out Grandma - He's going to be taller than you when he goes into high school!! (he'll become a little more human too)
Glad to hear the positive report Sandie!! Life is a journey - some with a few more speed bumps than others!! Prayer is a powerful medicine and I know you have been getting your share!!
Enjoy your "vacation"!! Stay well!
Yeah, the boy is growing that is for sure. I like it in life that we get to stand still in age, while they catch up. hahahaha
Always enjoy the read and most especially the REPORT, SANDIE IS DOING GREAT! Love that..
I love reading your good report, too. My hubby and I walked this afternoon and talked about you. I was planning to write you and ask how you are doing. I'm glad to see this new post! Sending you LOTS of sweet hugs, Diane and hubby
The best news! Yay! Now that teenage thing is a passing phase...six or seven years, right?! LOL! What a cutie pie he is, but do NOT tell him I said so.
Sandie, I can't get over how much Andy has grown and changed since we met him (and you) in person!! Wow! Young man/teenager indeed!
I enjoyed your post, as always! So happy your health reports continue to be good!
Wow, grand son really is starting to look like a young man and leaving the "boyish" looks behind. Eighth grade! Gosh where did the time go? I hope he has a successful school year! Now you get a little peace and quiet around the house (and a moping dog I'm sure as Disco I'm sure misses grand son).
I did get the picture of the kids in the water, LOL, Took me a minute, but I got it :)
betty
OK, I'm going to humiliate myself here in front of God and Blogland and admit, "I don't get it?"
Andy is growing into such a handsome young man! Suppose Disco ever wonders when he'll get tall, as well? LOL.
I don't think I have been to that blog. I will make a visit over there tomorrow.
I loved the photo of your GS ready for school. I can hardly believe how grown up he had gotten. He is so handsome, too!
I loved teaching 8th grade. Actually,I love 8th graders, especially the boys. It's a good age for them. Hope that encourages you, even if he is moody at times. I really hope this is his best year ever.
I'm so happy that the report continues to be good for you. I hate cancer with all my heart. It is such a "life thief".
Glad you got a good report and enjoy your time off with daughter and grandson in school.
we are happy to have you in our lives!

Now I'm headed over to say hi to your friend.
I know my eldest grandson Blain is now 8 years old and has a stroppy mood at times but he is still "My Blain" they grow so fast don't they
He IS cute! And, I love the photos showing him growing and changing through the years. Those years seem to go by too fast. Sigh.
Sending love and hugs to you and yours,
Jackie
Love the changing pics of your grandson. Isn't it amazing how fast they grow? I will visit your friend's blog and tell her you sent me. Glad to know you are still doing well. xo
Love that Ephesians scripture - wish everyone lived by that. :) So glad you are doing so well. Cute grandson!
Dear Sandie, Your grandson looks great and ready to go back.
With you grandson and daughter back at school you will be able to have a little leisure time that you so very much now deserve.
I am sure you are looking forward to a nice long cup of tea and some cookies.
I wish I could serve them up for you.
I am very, very happy to hear that you are doing great. One day at a time is all we can ever ask for.
Blessings dear friend. Catherine xo
I will go over and visit with your blog friend. Wow 8th grade, that is so awesome. I hope he has a great year!!
Your grandson was adorable when he was in kindergarten....and I'm sure he has retained his good looks and awesome personality. Grandkids are the best...best...best! Glad you are doing well!
hi Chatty Chat Chat!
I have rested and I am back. I go to Huntsman tomorrow morning for a blood test and perhaps chemo 6 but if she gives me a choice I am opting out for one more week. Be sure and see my post tomorrow for details.
I have missed you and will hopefully be regular (not chemo altered) tomorrow and all next week cuz I want to have some fun again on my blog, for heaven sakes in months!!!! I'll do the chemo 6 eventually, I will. But right now, I want to wait. (pray that I get to wait) ♥
I have to confess, Susan did the Blogland tour as a favor for me, so you are in this via me Sandy. Thanks for helping her out. She is a wonderful blogger friend. Your grandchildren are all so cute. Happy to hear the good news on your reports.
I loved your Blog Tour, Sandie. Your grandkids sure are getting to be 'big kids'.
Ephesians 4:32 is one of my favorite Bible verses.
(And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.)
My MIL worked in her church nursery for over 50 years and would teach those old enough to learn that Bible verse.
One time she came in and the kids were fighting. She said, "Did you forget Ephesians 4:32?) They told her, "No, we just ain't doing it.)
..
I am glad to see your post. Your grandson has sure grown up fast..my oldest is starting her senior year and I don't know how this happened! :)
Well chemo 6 is scheduled for Monday morning. Their lab computer crashed on Friday, so instead of me waiting around and possibly getting chemo as late as 5 pm., my nurse said to schedule for another day next week. Tuesday and Wednesday were booked (days my Dr. prefers) so I had to pick Monday, because my blood work was really great and they wanted the chemo to work with that new great blood. That blood they infused did marvelously. Great sign = means not much cancer cells go to it. or that there aren't any more in me as of now anyway. Yay!!!
Thanks for you kind words as always and have a great week. I know mine will be yuck and then it will gradually get better and better and better until chemo is gone and never coming back. Yay!!! Again!!!
♥, Renae
I LOVE YOUR BLOG! And of course I love you too. Your Grands are adorable. Just wait until you watch your grandchildren get married and make your children grandparents.
Then you can talk to me about feeling old! :))
Big hugs! My life would have a hole in it with you, my friend.
Mona
Hi Sandie, sweet friend,
I am glad you feel better.
Your grandson is growing so fast.
You look great in the photo with your handsome grandson.
Time flies, and he is back to school days. The Summer will soon be over. Do you like Winter time?
Did you move to your new home?
Well, Have you find one, at least?
Do you drive your car? Or, Do your family drive you to places?...
It is much better to drive oneself to wherever one pleases to go to.
My hubby RETIRED. So, he is home and feeling so poorly low...
Something sad happened last week.
I'll tell you in my email...
So, I don't spend much time in the computer, due to these reasons.
God bless you, Sandie, family, beloved ones!
Blessings,
Starry.
