Fun Friday with a little help with my friends!

Did you ever read Under the Tuscan Sun?  This would fit in there nicely.
Well a girl can dream - right?
I'd love to love in Italy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE FALL Y'ALL!

MY FAVORITE PICTURE EVER - my two grands.

We went to the fair!

He rode a horse.

(Good for any year.)

A helpful hint!

OKAY JUST HAVING SOME FUN TODAY!

  Thank you Betty!

How pumpkin pie is made???
I put this on my blog every year - I must have a twisted mind.

A mama mole, a papa mole, and a baby mole all live in a  little mole hole.
One day the papa mole sticks his head out of the hole,
sniffs the air and says, "Yum! I smell maple syrup!"

The mama mole sticks her head out
of the hole, sniffs the air and says "Yum! I smell  honey!"

The baby mole tries to stick his head out of the hole to sniff the
air, but can't because the bigger moles are in the way so he says, "Geez, all I
 can smell is molasses."

Thank you Monica

Hey I have another one - Hold your tongue and say, "Molasses on the table".  What did you hear?  lol
Okay being a little loose and wild today!  SUE ME!
Note:  I have no money so good luck!

THE LAUGH:

Thanks Lee

THE LIFT:

LOVE CHATTY

Chatty and her entire family have been sick as dogs this week - hope you all don't ever experience this.  Headache - conjunctivitis - sore throat where it feels like glass when you swallow - face and teeth hurt - cough - can't sleep - can't stay awake - yikes - and it has lasted a week!  So wash your hands something awful is going on.

OKAY TRUTH - DISCO MADE ME DO IT!

LOOK AT THOSE FIERCE EYES!

What ever you all have, I sure don't want it. That sounds miserable for sure. I saw the movie Under the Tuscan Sun, but didn't read the book. Still it's a nice place to be... I try to live in the sunshine, even when it's raining as it is here today. Hope you are all better soon. Have a fantastic Friday!

First, I'm sorry everyone's been sick this week. I hope everyone gets well soon.

I just talked about my love for pumpkin, and especially pumpkin pie. I'm never going to be able to look at a piece of pumpkin pie without remember how they are made. Bwahahahahahahaha.

Your two grandsons are handsome.

I can drive a stick too.

Disco is so cute.

Have a great day and weekend honey. Big hugs. ♥♥♥

Only you could create a funny post in the middle of being sick - but, of course, I guess it makes sense because of your *sick* sense of humor!! (Which I love!)

My very favorite thing was the story about the moles. See, you have a *twisted sister* out here in Blog Land!

Perfectly wonderful photo of the grandsons, Sandie. I can see why you're in love with them.

And Disco - gives a whole new meaning to "beady eyes!"

Love you - get well.

Feel better soon. At least you made us laugh with your post. Like the mole joke 'cause we have lots of those at times. Actually I think ours are Gophers.

Yes, I have read "Under the Tuscan Sun" and I love it. I really enjoyed the movie, too.

I hope by the time you read this, that everyone is well again in your household, Sandie. It sure doesn't sound like you had a fun week!!

But it didn't diminish your good humour...thanks for the smiles and laughs. You take good care now. :)

Susan said...

Sandie, I tell you. I needed a good laugh and I got it with this post.

That "I Don't Look Good Naked Anymore" video was hysterically funny. I sat here at the kitchen table chortling outloud like an old Grannie. You should have heard me. SOOOO SOOOO FUNNY.

You are the best with your hilarious Friday posts.

And, my dear Sandie, I do hope you are feeling MUCH better and that all the family is feeling better, too. Love to you, my friend. Susan

I'm SO in love with your lead photo, Sandie.... that's totally my style. (Were I to wiggle my nose and get a crew from HGTV over here - ha!)

I definitely recommend going to Italy at least once in everyone's life. Mine was a convoluted tale, involving an even-more convoluted, long-distance romance with a fellow who lived in Tuscany. I've forgotten much about the gent, but I'll never forget the country.

Love the pix of Andy and Will!
Feel better soon, my friend!

Sally Wessely said...

Yes, I did read that book and I saw the movie. Loved both of them. It would be great to live there, or even to visit.

For being sick, you sure put together a great post today. Get better soon. I''m so sorry you have been sick. Rest and fluids. That is what they say helps. Take it easy.

Ha ha that video made me laugh, although I'm not sure why it needed all the young women in short shorts in it, not that I'm complaining of course but it just doesn't seem too pc to me. :D

Sorry to hear you've been unwell.

Jo-Anne's Ramblings said...

Ok by now you are all properly better since you wrote this days ago, but I am only just getting here. I would like to thank you for the video clip I have seen it before but I like it so I watched it again.

Hello Sandie! I am really sorry you and your family have been so sick! I had that same thing about a month ago and it took a couple of weeks, or more, to go away...I'm sorry to say! Loved all your "funnies" as usual, except for the "how pumpkin pies are made!" I just made my first one of the fall season....and when I saw the cartoon, I immediately thought....Ewwww!! Sick!! LOL! Feel better soon!

Debbie said...

I hope by the time you read this, the whole family is feeling better.

Your little grandson has grown up so much!! He is adorable.

(And it took me a while to figure the mole family one. In my defense, it's still early in the morning. I had to read it a few times, and then I read it more slowly. That's when I started to laugh.)

Don't know which is more twisted. Making the pumpkin pies or handing out Baby Ruth. lol

My goodness...your youngest grandson is a little boy now and no longer a baby or toddler. What a cute picture. I hope they got out of there before you all got sick.

I love pumpkin and now you've ruined it for me. :)

Hi Sandie, sweet dear friend,
I am glad you got a lovely family gathering in your home.
I love the pictures of your two grandsons. The grandbaby looks lovely riding in the horse's carrousel.
I pray you get well soon, sweetheart.
I'll try to catch up with my writings. Please, forgive me!
I don't neglect my friends, I'm going through some nasty ordeals lately.
I try not to say negative things, especially when I feel down...
So, I only post when I feel positive.
I send all my loving on your way.
May God bless you, Sandie, family, beloved ones!
Big Hugs from Starry.
