What does 67 feel like?

Well I just celebrated my 67th birthday.
I feel like I have celebrated for a month.
Have you ever celebrated and ate out so much you thought you would burst?
67 feels pretty much like 66 except a little fuller! lol

I feel like this pooch!  One step at a time.

Remember it was my daughter's birthday first.
We went to celebrate her birthday at Agatha's Mystery Playhouse in Atlanta.
We had dinner and a play.

This was the actor taking a picture of grandson and grandpa with the
Mandalorian!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daughter's friend came with us to celebrate daughter's friend getting her master's degree in teaching.

Of course grandson's cute girlfriend.

Chatty being chatty.

Grandson being chatty.

Grandson's two girls.  Mom and girlfriend.

Then we went to downtown Atlanta a week later to the Sugar Factory - with my good friend there.

Have to give it a thumbs down.
It was very expensive and the service was not good at all.

MY BIRTHDAY:
They are so much cuter to look at then me.

I just wish I could learn to keep my mouth shut. it is not easy... that is a lot of eating out for sure, but also a lot of fun and celebrating going on... happy 67th birthday... my favorite joke is the old purse poop pouch. love it

Happy Birthday!!! I love looking at these pictures of your celebrations. Your grandson's girlfriend is so pretty, and he is so handsome! Sorry the second place was not good; who knew that a place with sugar in the name could not be up to snuff...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, kid! Yes it does look like you celebrated a lot and had a lot of fun, maybe that is what 67 looks like. Enjoyed the pictures and the visit. I am not a fan of Atlanta traffic, even on a Saturday. And I remember when we drove straight thru town on Peach Tree Street, with less congestion. hahahaha
Love ya!

Well, Happy Birthday to you.
It sounds like you have had a fabulous month of celebrations.
Love the poor pup trying to go up the stairs...that's the way I feel too when I have "splurged" too much.
Your Chatty Crone photo of you with the swim suit is too funny..Love it.
P.S. your grandson and girlfriend are so cute together.

Congratulations to your daughter on getting that Masters degree … woot! I think the best part of birthdays is going out to enjoy decadent food. I've never heard of the Sugar Factory, but what a disappointment. Are you going to leave a review on Yelp?

Celebrate being 67 girl! Eating is the best way to celebrate. I will be 66 in May, so look out for all of the celebrating I will be doing:) Aging is OK as long as you do like that puppy, "take one step at a time". Enjoy your day dear friend, HUGS!

You crack me up! I am laughing at the old woman and the purse quote hahaha. Happy Birthday Sandie! The family birthday pictures are wonderful. So, you went to Atlanta, how fun. Was there any chocolate at the Sugar Factory? That is the cutest picture of your grandson and his girlfriend. And loved seeing YOU! The Winnie the Pooh quote is so true, huh? Yes, Queen-agers! I'll be there very soon. : )

Happy March days, Sandie.

Happy late 67th birthday. Guess you are getting used to it by now. Goodness, you are young, enough to be my daughter. I don't tell my age, at least on-line but I've been OBE for quite some time. OBE is Over Bloody Eighty, as the Aussies call it. My Aussie blogging friend and I were approaching it about the same time except she died in months before. Enjoy things while you can.
I like all your jokes, these and the ones you've posted earlier. The old purse is great! You have a nice looking family, I know they are nice too.
Have a nice week,
..

Definitely fun with family! I've found the Sugar Factory expensive and only okay, too. Not on my thoughtful spending list. My next birthday is a biggie and I expect to celebrate for weeks. It will only happen once.

Happy birthday Chatty crone!! You are not queen agers, but also smart agers. I loved your chilled out attitude. Does that come with age? Well, then, I have a long way to go. Your grandson and his girlfriend are an adorable couple. But still, we would like to see the birthday girl’s picture too. It was lovely reading your post, as well as JOKES. Happy blogging, and keep on entertaining us!!

Hi, Looks like you had a wonderful birthday... I can tell you though that 67 feels better than 77..... The older I get, the more aches and pains I seem to have... ha ha

Hope you are are staying healthy during these scary times. No Covid 19 cases in our county so far --but we are being very very careful through this Virus scare. We also are not panicking --and definitely not hoarding items/food, etc... People can be nuts at times like this.

Stay healthy and safe.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hope you had a great birthday with your grandchildren. It is a blessing to spend some quality time with grandchildren. The quotes posted are thought-provoking. My friend in the Music institute in Coimbatore had a very close and special bond with his grandfather.
