Fun Friday with a little help from my friends.

The best things in life are free, laughter, smiles, trees, flowers, oceans and rivers ...
(Thanks Sandra for the idea!)
Isn't this scene beautiful?

                                                                    Love this one.

What a dream come true!

Must of been a teenager.

Disco tries to do this too.

TWO NUNS WERE SHOPPING AT A 7-11 STORE. AS THEY PASSED BY THE BEER COOLER, ONE NUN SAID TO THE OTHER," WOULDN'T A NICE COOL BEER OR TWO TASTE WONDERFUL ON A HOT SUMMER EVENING?

THE SECOND NUN ANSWERED, "INDEED IT WOULD, SISTER, BUT I WOULD NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE BUYING BEER, SINCE I AM CERTAIN IT WOULD CAUSE A SCENE AT THE CHECKOUT STAND."

"I CAN HANDLE THAT WITHOUT A PROBLEM" THE OTHER NUN REPLIED, AND SHE PICKED UP A SIX-PACK AND HEADED FOR THE CHECK-OUT.
THE CASHIER HAD A SURPRISED LOOK ON HIS FACE WHEN THE TWO NUNS ARRIVED WITH A SIX-PACK OF BEER.
"WE USE BEER FOR WASHING OUR HAIR" THE NUN SAID, "BACK AT OUR NUNNERY, WE CALL IT CATHOLIC SHAMPOO.

WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE, THE CASHIER REACHED UNDER THE COUNTER, PULLED OUT A PACKAGE OF PRETZEL STICKS, AND PLACED THEM IN THE BAG WITH THE BEER. HE THEN LOOKED THE NUN STRAIGHT IN THE EYE, SMILED, AND SAID: "THE CURLERS ARE ON THE HOUSE."

Wish I could move like that again.

Girls if you want the shoes - buy the shoes - life is too short - but you don't need ten pairs.

True or what?

                                                                                Amen!

Older people are always able to say the truth and get away with it!

Ah, not sure it makes a difference!

Poor Disco - Where are his steps?
He's so confused with all the movement going on in the house.
lol

THE LAUGH:

Remember having to worry about this?

THE LIFT:

It takes a real storm in the average person's life to make him realize how much worrying he has done over the squalls.

The curlers are on the house. Bwahahahahahahahaha. Loved that.

The drains are a small thing to contend with and I know that you know that.

Have a blessed day and weekend honey. Scritches to Disco. ♥♥♥

Fun chuckles with you again! Thanks for giving me many smiles today.

And drains?? That sounds so painful, and sorta yucky. Do they have spigots on them?! (Sorry...couldn't resist)

Will miss you, but take it easy. You've got an awful lot going on right now.

Love u and your bunch! Disco, too.

Gotta run for now - need to shampoo my hair and use my curlers.

Hi Sandie, Sorry about the Drains --but like you said, you have done GREAT overall... Take all of the time you need to get healthy.....

Love the one about the Nuns and Beer... CUTE.... Others I enjoyed: Snap, Crackle, Pop one, Running of the Bulls, and the statement about getting OLD once you stop having fun!!!

Hugs and Prayers,
Betsy

I would think the drains would be quite small a problem compared to what you have been through. The dog in the mud was cute---glad I don't have to clean him Drains, ok but hope you feel well to. Mu computer is on its last legs so if you don't hear from me for a while one day, I will hope to be back.

Dearest Sandi,
Fun times at your place as always!
This dog in the mud-cracks me up!

You slow down!! You do way too much-put your feet up, drink some lemonade, watch some good movies (old ones of course) and chill girl!
Love,
Jemma

All the best to you. And I loved the running of the bulls.

Sorry you are off writing. Perhaps reading is still okay?

I loved the Nun Joke, so did Mrs. Jim. I won't tell it to my S.S. class because they don't all agree on this kind of jokes being funny. Others drink beer and/or wine (we don't talk about that, we are Baptists) and might not like it either.

Disco hides from his bath, so does Katrin.

Loved this (until I got to the part at the end about the draining. ) I am at my mom's until she recovers from surgery, and I just shared this post with her. It's nice to laugh with you again. I hope you will be back and DRAIN problems solved in short order.

(And I LOVED the quote about the storm and the squall. Amen dear sister.)

Good Morning, Sandie!
My sweet dear friend, well,
I do not know whether you will read this comment or not, but I am concerned about your health.
You should take plenty of rest.
I assume you are taking antibiotics to prevent getting infections.
If you overwork your body after your important surgery, it is likely that your breasts won't heal as quickly as you expect them to be. I may see your breasts are dripping fluids with some blood, so this is the main reason why you may need to get your drainage back on, if that is the case your breasts continue to drip fluids. To get your breasts drained or checked once a week by doctors is unthinkable for me. You should be checked every day after your surgery. At least, it is my point of view what I should do. Take it easy! Do not do heavy housework! You should take plenty of rest, take your antibiotics to prevent infections, until you are fully healed. About today good laughters, I like the one with the Catholic Shampoo, the flying cat, the two Nuns buying beers, and the Nurses using rectal thermometers.
I pray for your complete healings and prompt recovery, my friend.
God be with you at all times.
Blessings & Prayers on your way.
Hope, Peace & Love,
Starry.
