He is quite an interesting character and what is says is still true today. He's still alive and in good shape you know.

Meditate today - and just breathe. Close you arms across your body, breathe, and then uncross them and open them up like the woman above and breathe again. Open you lungs and body up to receive.

I remember his show as well. Now he does smoothie commercials and is still full of vim and vigor.
Never knew that he was a chiro dr. though. Huh!
Hope things are drying up down there, and you'll be able to get out.
