THOUGHT OF THE DAY:
I thought this was GREAT - because sitting around being happy or miserable is a choice.
I have the power in me to sit here today and think of one negative thing after another and I bet in a couple hours I would be miserable and make everyone miserable around me (not that it doesn't sound temping at times - lol).
But who does it really hurt?
ME!
So why not use that same energy to think of positive things today? And then I will feel good - will my mood affect others? It is a good topic - why do negative moods wear off on people yet positives don't all the time? I'm off track - doesn't matter.
God gave me today - another chance. I slept until 9am! I made myself a good cup of coffee. We are going to the Avenger movie this afternoon. I see I have some friends to answer emails too ☺ and friends posts to read ☺ and it's only 10:15AM.

I choose to be happy. I am going to enjoy my coffee on my sun porch, finish reading my book, then shower and get ready to dinner and Bible study with friends. I am so blessed! I hope your weekend is peaceful.

Yep, it was a pretty good day. Had a delicious coffee drink at Dunkin Donuts, made a delicious breakfast for three guests and my hubs, bought a cute birthday present for a five year old, got a phone call from my son, and ate delicious Polish golumpki that I made. Thanks for the cute post. Susan

It's Sunday morning and I am just catching up on Saturday posts. I love the saying...yes, life is too short. I'd rather be happy so that is my choice. There is always something good in every day! Hope your Sunday is a wonderful one!
Please add to that warning that some demand payment of $25 for an inspection fee, and that your spouse hollering in background, "MAKE IT RAIN!" does not help.

The street thing is kind of fun, it's similar to the view on Google Earth.
I'm not real good at sitting still for very long to begin with but sitting around thinking about negative things would be way too depressing. Positive energy is always best.
