Thank you for sharing this video promoting women's heart health. When asked most women will say that breast cancer is the number one killer of women while actually Heart disease IS THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF WOMEN. Why isn't that word spread any better than it is? Because women can's speak for the cause. They are dead. I am one of the fortunate few who received help within the first six minutes of my heart attack and my life was saved by savvy emergency personnel. Heed any and all warnings and do not let your physician dismiss your concerns.

Unfortunately even though we have the internet back in our house it's so slow that I can't watch videos! Damn.

Have a wonderful weekend!

P.S. This is for Sandra -- I was "old and retired" when I had my heart attack so don't think only young homemakers like the woman in the video need be concerned with women's heart disease.

That was one video well worth watching. Every one should know the signs of a heart attack. My DDH died from what he thought was bad indigestion. Thanks for sharing this one today. It may save a life.

This is so important. A friend of mine had a heart attack in her mid-fifties. Her symptoms were "women's" symptoms with pain in her shoulder and arm. No previous heart issues. She got treatment quickly and is doing fine, but it's so important to be aware of symptoms. Thanks for sharing.

Great vid!

always a good reminder since women's symptoms are not the same as men's.

This is such a great video and a wake up call for all of us women. Work offered a heart screening the other week, went there and waiting to get to the Dr soon. It's a good thing to do I think. Great post!
Have a lovely day!

Oh, man! That is scary......I do think we women have a tendency to say...oh, I'm o.k. don't worry! Maybe we'll all be more aware now! Thanks!

Wonderful video...thanks for bringing this subject up......we all need reminders. My Dad died of a heart attack at age 41 so I try to stay aware of the symptoms.

My comp is still too weak to watch videos, so I'll have to trust it was great.

Thanks for the compliment and the nice birthday greetings.

Have a nice weekend and see you on Monday with photos from the birthday adventure to the "beautiful pond"?

Thoughtful you to put on your blog.

At first I was thinking.

She is too busy for my liking.

Then I did enjoy the last part with the Doc. Had to laugh.

She put him straight. No its here.

The actress looks like my daughter.

My daughter is a actress and for sure she could of played that role.

Have a nice weekend!

I remember those days, however I NEVER looked that good in the morning! (or the afternoon, or the evening)

Great reminder!

I was on the verge, long ago. Now after heart work, I'm good for now at least. Thank goodness.

Loved your past posts also...I can drive a stick too. Does that make us witches in arms then? And the woman's force of support for her man. LOL

Sadly a lot of women die for not getting help soon enough.
