Fun Friday with some help from my friends......

Music is healing for the soul. . .

Maybe not this music - but it will get you going this morning - this is for Jack.

How hot has this summer been in Georgia?
Thanks Sue!

Thank you Jean.

STILL WORKING ON GETTING THEM OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING!

My daughter has been off work this week with her fall break from teaching - and next week my grandson is off for his fall break and my son and his family are coming in from Ohio.
My excuse for not being more responsible commenting back to you!

THE LAUGH:

Thanks Vee.

THE LIFT:

Can you guess what this is?  Thanks Lee.

This has been magnified a million times!  lol
Last weeks picture was of a banana!

Love your "fun" here this morning, Sandie. I have often thought about all those tattoos the kids get today and wonder what they will look like all tattooed up when they get old. lol

Have fun with your son/family visiting. No need to comment back here-just enjoy your day- xo Diana

Such fun! GS and Disco look so comfy together I can't say I blame them for having trouble getting up!

Have great fun with your family in the next couple of weeks. There's nothing better, is there???

The tattoo cartoon was so funny. As was the comment about women's brains. Trying to keep my *tabs open* in order this morning!

Love you!

Funny about the algebra, isn't it? And then something just made me laugh out loud and I have already forgotten what it was!!!! Isn't old age fun? Well I guess you wouldn't know, but it is fun if you look at it the right way. And don't forget to smile when things like that happen to you.

Hah, hah, I went back and looked, it was the one about the tattoos.

It's Saturday morning but I did enjoy your fun Friday none the less ! I love Maxine cartoons and it's so true my train of thought does often leave the station without me. We don't get a fall break here...No more holidays till Thanksgiving, but I think it is a great idea! Hope you enjoy the visit with your son!

My goodness your grandson is too handsome and I'm betting girls are already calling him.

Wow, time sure doesn't stand still does it? I can't get over the difference in Andy in just a few months!

Can't wait to see evidence of how much your other grandson (arrrrgh, I can't recall his name!) has grown. Won't Disco enjoy all that extra attention? Wheee!

Goodness it's been ages since I've visited. I saw the photo of the Flowers as the musical instrument and had to stop by. That is really cool. Lots of fun stuff here as always. Hope you are doing well.

That is a beautiful photo you opened your post with....still smiling over your grandson still in bed...at least he is dressed. :) I am so glad I did not get a tattoo even though I was tempted at one time....and those poor little heat wilted critters...I fear that is what would happen to me in Georgia heat. I hope you are enjoying you family time...and I have no clue what the photo is...a dumb guess...Ice cream?

It's so cool to watch the kids growing right up on the blogs. I remember when your grandson used to look like a little guy. He's all grown up looking now. Disco looks the same. :)

Sandie,
Thinking of you, as I always do.
I so enjoy reading your posts they are always filled with laughs, joy, inspiration and love.
You know, I particularly enjoyed the quote on not letting people anger us.
So, so true-I am growing in this area of self improvement!
Oh, enjoy the visit with your son and family, I just know it will be a blessing for you.
With love always,
Jemma

I thought that I had picked my favorite part from this week with the one about the way a woman's mind works. THEN, I read the quote at the end, and I just want to stand up and shout AMEN.

I am dealing with some anger issues over being hurt by a person who was supposed to be my friend.

I have dwelled and dwelled and dwelled for six months. I am going to very sincerely try to let it go. Not tomorrow. TODAY.

Ben Carson is right.

Oh, and I hope you're having fun with the family. Do NOT feel you need to respond to these comments. Enjoy them instead.
