Music is healing for the soul. . .
Maybe not this music - but it will get you going this morning - this is for Jack.
How hot has this summer been in Georgia?
Thanks Sue!
Thank you Jean.
STILL WORKING ON GETTING THEM OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING!
My daughter has been off work this week with her fall break from teaching - and next week my grandson is off for his fall break and my son and his family are coming in from Ohio.
My excuse for not being more responsible commenting back to you!

Hi Sandie .. love the clips and pics with the captions .. always amuse - while the double base (is it?) is a great plant holder ...
... and your two - well they'll be out of bed once the holiday comes and family are around - won't they .. cheers Hilary
PS enjoy your visitors ...
Love your "fun" here this morning, Sandie. I have often thought about all those tattoos the kids get today and wonder what they will look like all tattooed up when they get old. lol
Have fun with your son/family visiting. No need to comment back here-just enjoy your day- xo Diana
That first picture is really neat. Fall break already! We don't get one here.
A full house? Say no more! Enjoy them. (I have no idea what that is.)
Looks like you've a wonderful week ahead. Enjoy every minute as I'm sure you will.
Have a fabulous day and weekend. Scritches to Disco. :)

The squirrel and raccoon are so true. Cooler weather...please.
Such fun! GS and Disco look so comfy together I can't say I blame them for having trouble getting up!
Have great fun with your family in the next couple of weeks. There's nothing better, is there???
The tattoo cartoon was so funny. As was the comment about women's brains. Trying to keep my *tabs open* in order this morning!
Love you!
Another FUN Friday... Great as usual and made me laugh. Have a wonderful visit with your family.
Love the tattoo game! My thoughts left the station a few years ago, and that train is not coming back. LOVE Disco, boy is NOT wearing his glasses. He looks so different..Not as cute, but more handsome.
you always make my day, enjoy your visit!!!!
Of course, I love Fridays because I get to read your post!!!!!! The tattoo cartoon is a blast....I can see lots changing on this old bod of mine! (Even though I have no tattoos!) Your grandson is getting tall and you can tell how much he loves his Disco. Have a beautiful weekend. Love ya.
My oh my! That garden bass filled with blossoms is magnificent!
Have a great weekend. :)
Funny about the algebra, isn't it? And then something just made me laugh out loud and I have already forgotten what it was!!!! Isn't old age fun? Well I guess you wouldn't know, but it is fun if you look at it the right way. And don't forget to smile when things like that happen to you.
Hah, hah, I went back and looked, it was the one about the tattoos.
Really love that first picture. Music is indeed, healing for the soul.
You are going to have a most wonderful time with the family together!!!! Enjoy...:)JP

Hi Sandie....Cute post. The photo that was magnified? Was it ice cream. (Maybe I just have ice cream on my mind.)
Okay, hope you have a sweet weekend. Susan
Always a fun post, Sandy! I can't believe how big Andy has gotten! He sure isn't a little boy anymore! Enjoy your company!!
Very good. I liked the video, but most especially the puppies... I like the pictures, all.
That boy is GROWING.
I remember when we got off for cotton picking time down South. That must have been Fall break.

It's Saturday morning but I did enjoy your fun Friday none the less ! I love Maxine cartoons and it's so true my train of thought does often leave the station without me. We don't get a fall break here...No more holidays till Thanksgiving, but I think it is a great idea! Hope you enjoy the visit with your son!
love the violin and flowers pictures. So pretty and says so much. Hugs Sandie...and wishes for a beautiful weekend.
You can be sure that I have too many tabs open at once. Love it.
My goodness your grandson is too handsome and I'm betting girls are already calling him.
Wow, time sure doesn't stand still does it? I can't get over the difference in Andy in just a few months!
Can't wait to see evidence of how much your other grandson (arrrrgh, I can't recall his name!) has grown. Won't Disco enjoy all that extra attention? Wheee!
Hi Sandie -
I'm still chuckling over the woman's mind is like a browser with over 2,000 tabs open...
Have a wonderful time with your family!
Hugs,
Susan
Goodness it's been ages since I've visited. I saw the photo of the Flowers as the musical instrument and had to stop by. That is really cool. Lots of fun stuff here as always. Hope you are doing well.
Hi Sandie,
I got my Internet back, thanks God!
So, I am back again...
I love your lovely pictures.
But, the best news is the fact that
your son is coming over to visit you
with his family. I am sure you are
very happy about that.
Your family gathering is a blessing.
I am sure your health is better.
We have been through some nasty ordeals. I'll tell you later.
Have a great weekend and week ahead!
Enjoy your Fall Break with your family and loved ones!
I am glad to hear from you again.
Thanks so much for your kind messages! You are a super friend.
We all love our precious Sandie!
Big Hugs & Blessings,
Poet Starry.
Hahaaa....the dog getting hugged...

Hey Sandie!!
Yeap - been off all week for fall break and can't believe it's already time to go back!! Have a wonderful time with your family coming down for a visit!! I'm more than ready for fall and winter!! This heat is just too much!! I love unusual planters- have never seen a base as a flower planter!!
we do keep a lot of tabs open. lol I love all the animal pics!
I know you're looking forward to your family visiting from Ohio. Hope you have a great time!
That is a beautiful photo you opened your post with....still smiling over your grandson still in bed...at least he is dressed. :) I am so glad I did not get a tattoo even though I was tempted at one time....and those poor little heat wilted critters...I fear that is what would happen to me in Georgia heat. I hope you are enjoying you family time...and I have no clue what the photo is...a dumb guess...Ice cream?
It's so cool to watch the kids growing right up on the blogs. I remember when your grandson used to look like a little guy. He's all grown up looking now. Disco looks the same. :)
I'm here to wish you a happy hello!
Your post put lots of smiles on my lips and a quite a few out-loud chuckles! Thank you for taking the time to post and make us all happy just by clicking a button to visit your blog!

Sandie,
Thinking of you, as I always do.
I so enjoy reading your posts they are always filled with laughs, joy, inspiration and love.
You know, I particularly enjoyed the quote on not letting people anger us.
So, so true-I am growing in this area of self improvement!
Oh, enjoy the visit with your son and family, I just know it will be a blessing for you.
With love always,
Jemma
I thought that I had picked my favorite part from this week with the one about the way a woman's mind works. THEN, I read the quote at the end, and I just want to stand up and shout AMEN.
I am dealing with some anger issues over being hurt by a person who was supposed to be my friend.
I have dwelled and dwelled and dwelled for six months. I am going to very sincerely try to let it go. Not tomorrow. TODAY.
Ben Carson is right.
Oh, and I hope you're having fun with the family. Do NOT feel you need to respond to these comments. Enjoy them instead.
That tattoo thing is funny - I've often thought about that.
Hope you are enjoying the fam!
What a great idea for a garden!
Went out this morning and Fall had arrived, but by this afternoon Summer had returned!
Enjoy your family, Sandie.
I love he little squirrel picture, reminds me of someone I know who goes to sleep while waiting at a traffic light.
..
I can't remember if I told you or not that Mrs. Jim fell and broke her hip. She is now in rehab recovering from her partial hip replacement.
