COME ON IN
RELAX AND BREATHE
Okay - I'm not losing any more weight - but I am trying to get back on tract starting with some Weight Watchers recipes.
"FROM WEIGHT WATCHERS TIPS, TRICKS, Tricks and Recipes."
My next recipe to try.
Sassy Strawberry Jello Fluff
What You’ll Need:
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip – Go lite or sugar-free cool whip
1 packet sugar-free strawberry Jello – Or pick another flavor.
Optional: Fresh berries, whipped cream.
How to Make It:
Step 1: Thaw it:
Your Cool Whip should be soft, chilled, and ready to mix — not frozen solid Leave it on the counter for 30–60 minutes. No microwave
Step 2: Dump and stir:
Grab a bowl. Dump in the Cool Whip. Sprinkle in the dry Jello powder.
Now stir. And stir. And stir some more.
Step 3: Scoop and freeze:
Scoop it into the original tub or into some cute little containers. You can even get fancy and use wine glasses.
Pop the fluff into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Step 4: Eat:
Pull it out, grab a spoon, and eat.
Hot Tips for Cool Whip Magic:
Too frozen? Let it sit for 5 minutes before you dive in.
Too sweet? Add a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt and pretend its health food.
Too basic? Mix in crushed sugar-free cookies, fruit, or edible glitter if you're feeling extra.
If by some miracle you don’t finish it in one sitting, freeze leftovers in an airtight container. It’ll keep for 2 weeks, or until you remember it at 2 AM and destroy it in 5 seconds.
I have made these and they are good.
3 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
2 mashed overripe bananas
1 cup old fashion or quick oats
2 tablespoons pb2 with cocoa PB2 is peanut butter and cocoa in a powder form. You can just add plain cocoa or just add peanut butter or leave out totally.
Mix well let sit for about 5 minutes.
Scoop into 1 tablespoon
Place on greased baking sheet
Pat down to make flat and even
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
It made 14 cookies
A little breakfast idea I am going to try:
Oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt
1 Thomas light multigrain English muffin
Banana and cinnamon

These are all fun...I'm trying to drop 20 without much success.
Happy week!

What a lighthearted post this morning. First, I love that walkway. It looks so 60's, and made me smile being born in the 60's. The strawberry Jello fluff looks good! I love that Pooh picture and quote. This fellow just makes me smile. The chocolate banana oatmeal cookies look Yummy. Brian makes banana chocolate chip bread for Christmas every year, and gives all of us a loaf. Can't believe how moist it is. And my favorite was the "donuts" quote, love that one. I know you are so looking forward to your great grandbaby coming into the world. It won't be long, and everything will be Pink in your world. ; ) She's coming at the best month too, Fall! Have a blessed week, Sandie.

I've heard a lot of good things about weight watchers, hope these recipes help. I lost 30 lbs. but it took me 2 years to do it. Now I seem to be at a standstill. But at least I've not gained more weight, I'm just holding at the same weight.ss
Weight Watchers has the best way to lose weight. I cannot speak for myself because thankfully I don't have weight issues but I know many who do and have successfully lost weight with their lifestyle program. It is sensible and works. Such a great post and lovely photos and illustrations.
Way to go! Your recipes sounds yummy. That breakfast looks yummy too!
Sandie - your post was so delightful. I adore the walkway...have to agree with Sheri...makes me recall the 60's & 70's too. Your fluff sounds delicious and such a good treat. I have made a similar dessert but never put it in the freezer...will have to give this a try. I hope you are enjoying your day. Hugs!
