QUESTIONS I NEED HELP WITH...
And I can't load photos on my side bar. Yahoo home page comes up. And then when I try to put a photo on - that timer like thing - just keeps going round and round and round.
And Ron from NuNaturals asked me if I knew anyone who would like to do a review on Nunaturals. Just let me know and I'll forward your email to him. It really is wonderful stuff!

Is this a mosquito? No. It's an insect spy drone for urban areas, already
in production, funded by the US Government. It can be remotely controlled
and is equipped with a camera and a microphone. It can land on you, and it
may have the potential to take a DNA sample or leave RFID tracking
nanotechnology on your skin. It can fly through an open window, or it can
attach to your clothing until you take it in your home. Given their propensity
to request macro-sized drones for surveillance, one is left with little doubt
that police and military may look into these gadgets next.

I checked this with snopes and yes it was mostly true with a little ring of red around the edge - lol.

I thought this was funny - hope it does not offend anyone.

Haha, oh I thought the fart/deodorant joke was funny too! Fart jokes always make me laugh. Thanks! :)
on the side bar issue, is it all photos? it could be the photo is to large, that is what happens to make the spinning thing spin. can you upload the small ones like the buttons? but not a photo?
It is always a bright spot in the day to come here to see what you have to say or have gleaned for our enjoyment.
That little drone is an amazing invention, for good and bad. But then most things can be used both ways.
I wish I knew enough about this system to give advice. Once I set up my Blog I am hesitant to change. therefore it stays a little boring. LOL
I have always respected Albert Einstein.
((HUGS)) from North CArolina...
PS:
I wish I could eat slow.....
Why can't you freeze bread? Ugh, we do this bi-weekly.
The Olive Oil tips are good ones! Happy Tuesday. :)
Great tips for us to digest. I do put bread in the fridge as a loaf lasts me about 3 weeks.
Great tips Sandie,
Well, as i have an olive farm. You can guess what I use for just about everything. I didnt think of putting it in the dogs food..
There are a lot of cosmetic products made from olive oil.. very good for the skin..and olive oil is the only oil one should have in a good chef's kitchen.
I love the deoderant.. o m g. i laughed my head off.
I do put bread in the freezer.. live out in the country..cant get bread every day.
The mosquito drone is scary..what next. I am going to look it up and read about it..
Happy Wed. val x
i wouldn't eat froot loops on any day. :) i don't like sugared cereals.
Well, do you have another way to upload your photographs and then put the link in your blog? You can use the 'add a gadget', HTML/JavaScript feature. I've done that many times.
That drone is scary. Very scary.
I loved the deodorant joke. Of course I would.
Have a terrific day. ☺
Thanks for all of the good info. What a fun blog you have. Have a great day. Hugs, Lura
Very informative... I'll be sure to use the deodorant tip:)))
If the drone is true, that is very scary and makes me wonder what is next?
I do keep bread in the freezer and in the refrigerator. It keeps it from molding before it's used up. I'll use the refrigerated bread for toast.
I am a Girl Scot alumna. The camping thing never did rub off on me though.
We lived in Chile for a year around 2000. While we were there, we had a live-in maid. We had a constant battle about the tomatoes. I told her not to put them in the fridge in my best Spanglish and she would always put them in the fridge. When she would leave for the weekend, I would take them out. Funny.
Thanks for all the great info !!! Have a wonderful day !
Today's post was very informative, particularly the information about the food dyes in Fruit Loops. I've always tried to avoid Red 40, but I didn't know about the other three.
That mosquito is not so funny but the deodrant had me laughing. Have a great day.
Isn't that ironic about the mango creams. I haven't tried them. I bet they're tasty with all those calories and fat ;-)
I will have to remember that olive oil trick for getting paint off my hands. Thanks Sandie!
I freeze bread, but don't refrigerate it. Thanks for the chuckles, again! I don't know the answer to your problem with photos on the side bar. I try not to mess with my template, now that it is set like I like it. Have a good evening!!
Right on Albert! All 3 of my daughters were Girl Scouts-I was their leader and now my 7 year old granddaughter is one herself! Go Girl Scouts!
I just knew all of these "things," flying around were spies-lol!!
Still smiling...
Love!

That bug drone is kind of scary if you ask me. I don't want some contraption taking my DNA like that.
Maybe that drone thingy will scare off the real mosquitoes. The Einstein quote is priceless, thanks for sharing it.
The bug drone is TRUE??? What will they do with them? I read many years ago it it REAL important to chew chew chew, and slowly!! It takes time for our brain to register that our tummy is full.
i love that old lady - to hilarious!! is she related to Maxine (Hallmark lady?)? so funny!! still laughing. who does not love a good fart joke. no matter what you are allowed to call them. ha. ha!!! ( :
Some good information in this post .
If a mozzie lands on me I squash it wouldn't they lose a lot of bugs that way.
I like the fart joke too.

Yes...everything is a miracle! The fact that the world stays together and that we stay firmly planted on it and every breath we take...all miracles that we take for granted!
Made My day! I just bought a stick deodorant an the store...Hmmmmmm! You certainly didn't offend me.
Love ya girl, Ginger
fun tips...my youngest sons favorite cereal is fruit loops....I am officially banning it.
oh my, that does look like a real bug.
Love this Post!
I upload all my animated photos from Photobucket.
I had a hard time putting regular photos on until I downloaded "Google Chrome" and that seemed to have fixed the problem.
Hope that helps.
What? Maple syrup is supposed to be cold? I have honestly always kept mine in the cabinet. How am I still alive?
And that drone skeeeers me!!! I really don't like stuff like that. Not in the least.
And that deodorant one didn't offend me. I laughed right out loud. I admit it.
As always I appreciate all the SMILES and info you share. I have to add an additional use for olive oil. Years ago I used to soak my hair in it and put hot towels around my head. It's a good treatment for the hair. Course you have to wash it out good but it does revitalize the hair. I had mumps at 16 and my hair started falling out because of it and the doctor recommended the hot olive oil treatment.
Hi Sandie -
My, oh, my - spy drones that look like insects? Your blog is a wealth of ideas for us writer types. :)
Hugs,
Susan
You always come up with the best ideas.
Did you get your computer prob. fixed?

Loved this post. That old lady was so funny. Have a great week.
Enjoyed your post as always and you never offend me. I can use a good funny joke any day.
You must have known I was due for a laugh when you posted the deodorant joke! Thanks!
And in peak bake times, I eat a million of those 4.5 million Thin Mint cookies.
OK, is the mosquito drone really true?? If it is, I wouldn't be surprised. And unnerved.
The deodorant joke - OK, loved that. Yup. And I'm not sure I'll ever buy another deodorant *stick* without thinking about it...
xo
Enjoyed all the tips as usual!
As far as adding pictures to the sidebar I just go to layout, add a gadget, image. Then choose from Picassa exports - sometimes I have to resize them.
Have a great day!
Fruit Loops was always one of my favorites, I would eat it right out of the box. I haven't done that in a long time but it's a shame they have to put that crap in cereals. I have a box of Peanut Butter GS cookies waiting for me to eat them. It will be a long time.......
